Description of Cassis
Modern and eclectic, Cassis is a sophisticated cozy bistro that offers the best of organic products styled in the French way. It is the only champagne bar in the city with a selection of sparkling and champagne by the glass, as well as flights and tiny bubbles. The food is diverse; a bold fusion cuisine inspired by Executive Chef, Patrick Quillec. Chef Patrick takes his classic French techniques, learned at an early age by his mother’s side in the port city of Brest, France, and refines them for today’s palate. In addition to featuring the “classics”, with butter and cream, he updates sauces with lighter broths, flavored oils, and vegetable and fruit essences. The award winning wine list, managed by Kristina R. Kuzmich, Directrice de Salle/Sommelier, offers a wide selection of well-known and boutique wines uniquely categorized by price range ($27, $37, and $47); with additional higher end selections on the “Paragon List” and half bottles.
