Executive Chef Adam Levitt's philosophy is, "The Cuisine is simple, but elegant and I believe in bringing out the natural flavor of every type of food on the menu so that the quality of the products we use speak for themselves". Guests are welcomed by white onyx ceilings backlit with deep blue lights, and beautiful aged mahogany woodwork from the original Whitney Hotel in Minneapolis. Mexican travertine marble fireplaces and flooring, shell stone walls, crystal chandeliers and a 14 foot waterfall help create a unique and beautiful evening dining experience.
