Pierre's is a French Country restaurant and wine bar located in a historic 18th century farmhouse in Morris County. Chef/proprietor Michael Peters trained in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu and worked in many fine French restaurants including Prunier-Traktir, L'Esperence, and La Caravelle. Pierre's features French-inspired dishes that are always simple, down-to-earth and meticulously prepared. The carefully chosen wine list includes more than thirty wines by the glass. Chef Michael Peters is a member of the Society of Wine Educators and a Certified Specialist in Wine. He holds monthly Chef's Table Dinners and Wine Tasting Workshops.Recipient of numerous awards and recognitions from NJ Monthly, The Wine Spectator, and Zagat's Survey, Pierre's continuous success can be attributed to the unique partnership between Michael and Marybeth Peters, who manages the front of the house, always guiding the delivery of attentive service.
